We received this question from a potential student. Our legal researcher and educator, Benny Hillman, had the following email exchange with him.

I went to apply for SS and during the online process it asked if I worked/earned wages last year and I still work as a Pastor and my secular business and both 1099 me. I have not filed 1040's since 2012 and did not want to get trapped with any answers because if I answer yes they want a copy of my tax return...I want my SS but not sure how to do it without triggering some unpleasant events...

But here's the blunt truth about it. You want to receive Social Security money from the federal government and feel you are entitled to that money ("my SS") but you have not paid any Social Security taxes for at least 10 years, either by confessing to owing such taxes on a 1040 form or by having it stolen from you by an employer.

Social Security benefits are specifically called "Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance" (OASDI). Are you buying into the government's spellcasting that you are "old"? Is God's purpose for you fulfilled and now he would have you rely on an institution of forcefulness and deception?

Just to be clear about how this works, years ago when you did hand over about 12% of the value of your labor to the federal government as "Social Security" taxes each year, that money went into the general fund and got spent by the federal government that same year. That money is gone!

Since there is no Social Security trust fund, this money went for many other purposes besides "old age insurance", including interest to banks and foreign countries on the national debt, wars, military bases and regime-toppling around the world, global petroleum corporation security, black ops, psy-ops, grafting by big corporations and state governments, embezzlement, et cetera, etc.

The money you will receive now if you go through with your SS application, would be mostly coming from employers based on fear of the IRS, half from their profits and half based on theft from their employees pay. The remainder comes from self-employed individuals confessing to owing it due to deception by the mass media, tax professionals and government that the SS tax applies to them.

Since you are a pastor, I challenge you to rely on our Heavenly Father rather than on this human system of coercion, deception, theft, spellcasting, death, and fear. Consider the words of Jesus in Luke 12:22-31: "“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?

“Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith! And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well."
