How to Send Cash or Precious Metal Payments via USPS Registered Mail®

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Restore Freedom Plan member or scheduling a Consultation with us! Sending payment through the mail is safe and secure only if you use the United States Postal Service (USPS). Private couriers (FedEx/UPS) do NOT allow or insure cash.

Our Guarantee: Freedom Law School GUARANTEES your FULL payment as long as you provide us with your Registered Mail tracking # after mailing.

Step 1: Preparation (At Home)

  1. Before Sending Payment: You must either submit your Application on our website here, email us your Consultation Form found here, or print off either form and include it in your package with payment.
  2. Package Payment: Before going to USPS, place your payment in a regular envelope or box.
  3. Address It: On the outside of the envelope or box write:
    • To: Freedom Law School, P.O. Box 10599, Brooksville, FL 34603
    • From: Your name and return address.

Step 2: At the Post Office (At the Counter)

  1. Request Registered Mail® Service: This is the most important step. Do NOT accept any other service (such as Certified, Priority, or Express), even if the clerk suggests it.
  2. Pack It: The clerk will place your addressed envelope or box into a separate Priority Mail envelope or box.
  3. The Brown Tape: Technically, this is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the package is taped, not the USPS clerk. Generally, they will tape the package for you, sometimes they will have you tape the package yourself.
  4. Fill out the Registered Mail Slip:
    • Contents: Declare the contents as "Personal Documents". Do NOT disclose the contents as cash.
    • Insurance: Insure the package for the minimum amount of $500. You do not need to pay for more; our guarantee covers the rest.
  5. Verify the Tracking Number: Before leaving, ensure your receipt has a tracking number starting with the letter "R" (e.g., RA 123 456 789 US).

Step 3: Confirm and Guarantee (After Leaving)

  1. Call Us Immediately: Call Freedom Law School at (813) 444-4800 to provide the tracking number.
    • Note: Do NOT text or email the tracking number. If you are calling after hours, leave a voice mail with your name, number, the amount being sent, and the tracking number.
    • Guarantee: Once you provide us with all of the information, we will guarantee your payment!
  2. Keep Your Receipt: Hold onto your paper receipt until we call you to confirm your package has arrived.
  3. Next Steps:
    • New Students:  If you are sending in your first Application to become a new Restore Freedom Plan Member, we will begin the process of sending your Petitions to Congress (PTC) for you and your spouse (if they are joining as well), once we receive your payment. This process will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
      • Once all of your PTC’s are sent, we will save the receipts for proof that they were sent and email you a copy for your files.
    • Consultation: If requesting a consultation, once we receive your payment, we will call you to schedule your consultation with Peymon or a Freedom Law School expert.

Why We Use This Method

  • Chain of Custody: Registered Mail is kept locked and every USPS employee who comes in contact with it must sign a log. It is the most secure shipping method available.
  • Important Note on Delivery Times: Because Registered Mail is the most secure shipping method available, it is also the slowest. It typically takes 7 to 14 business days for a Registered Mail package to reach our P.O. Box.
    • Tracking Updates: You may notice that your tracking information does not update for several days at a time. Do not be alarmed, this is normal.
    • We will call you the moment we have the package in our hands. Thank you for your patience in choosing security over speed.
  • Time Constraint: If your situation has a pressing due date, we may allow scheduling the consultation before payment is received. Please submit ALL of your relevant documents via email and call to see if you qualify for an expedited consultation.
